Joe Feldman, MBA
Joe Feldman’s consulting focus is in strategy development and implementation. His business development work includes projects for acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic relationships, including due diligence, negotiation strategy and closure, and other transaction support. He has expertise in market analysis and business planning, including developing financial models, analysis of financing requirements and strategies.
Feldman has over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, international, and financial roles. He was the co-founder and managing director at Sandbox Industries. He has also held vice president roles in business and corporate development at Chromatin, First Genetic Trust, Searle Pharmaceuticals, and Monsanto Food & Nutrition as well as various roles in supply chain operations, international, research and development operations, and finance with The NutraSweet Company.
Feldman holds a BS in Economics from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Linda Hedenberg, MBA
Linda Hedenberg develops corporate communications that add value and impact to the strategic planning process. Her process involves providing data analysis and financial modeling, which is integrated into logical, concise, and actionable business development plans. Hedenberg focuses on content, framing, and style to shape Board of Director presentations, security analysis presentations, and other corporate communications that achieve results. She specializes in healthcare, with clients including hospitals, physicians, biotech firms, and pharmaceutical companies.
Her previous experience includes more than 25 years working for academic health systems, non-profits, and entrepreneurial enterprises. Recent positions include Principal for Hedenberg et al. Business Consulting and Writing Services, Director of Business Development and Director of Management Services for the University of Chicago Health System, and Manager of Physician Services for Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She holds an MBA in Management Strategy, Finance, Organization Behavior from Northwestern, and a BS in Communications from Juniata College.
Ellen Hochman, MBA
Ellen Hochman’s consulting focus is in pharmaceutical strategy and market analytics. She most recently served as the Engagement Manager for SDG Life Sciences, strategy consulting unit of IMS Health. Here, she was responsible for product and portfolio analysis; commercial opportunity assessment; identification and valuation of licensing opportunities; design and interpretation of primary and secondary; qualitative and quantitative market research; and forecasting for pipeline through inline drugs. Her therapeutic-area experience includes CNS (epilepsy, pain, sedation, psychiatric), diabetes, cardiovascular, consumer health, gastroenterology, infectious disease, osteoporosis.
Previous experience also includes serving as Principal for Brookline Marketing Consulting. Here, she was responsible for market assessments, due diligence for medical devices; identification and introductions for potential business development partners. She also served as Global Marketing Practice Manager, McKinsey & Company, where she was charged with design and interpretation of primary qualitative and quantitative research to optimize product attributes. As Vice President, Young & Rubicam Advertising, Hochman was responsible for the development and analysis of alternate marketing and advertising strategies for Fortune 500 consumer products companies. Her marketing leadership drove growth sufficient to make the Inc 500 list of fastest growing small companies for two years.
Hochman has a BA in Classics from New York University and an MBA, Marketing and Finance, Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Harvard Business School Association of Health Industry Professionals.
Nancy Rasmussen, MBA
Rasmussen’s consulting focus is as a Strategic and Operational Executive. Utilizing over 20 years of experience in leadership and governance, she provides expertise in identification, development and launch of new products and businesses as well as delivering growth opportunities for mature businesses and brands. She has a proven track record in marketing, development strategy, global therapeutic franchises, business unit leadership, strategy, alliances, portfolio planning and business development.

She serves as a Health Technology Entrepreneur for HyGro Group and Cleveland Consulting Associates and Logistics Consultant.
Rasmussen has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Technological Institute, Northwestern University, and an MBA, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Donna Williams, MBA
Williams’ consulting focus is in healthcare marketing and strategy. She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including Pharmaceuticals, Drug Delivery and Medical Devices. She has extensive experience in new product development, marketing and business strategy. Williams is an expert in strategy and market development, market research, market and industry assessments, and competitive intelligence.
